Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Windowshift Pest Control wants everyone to be able to use windowshift.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Goal

We aim to make this site easy to use for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It is a widely used standard for accessible websites.

Steps We Take

To help with access, we aim to:

  • Use clear headings and a logical page order
  • Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
  • Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
  • Let people move around the site with a keyboard
  • Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
  • Write in plain, simple words
  • Label every form field clearly

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be out of our hands. We check the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.

Other Ways to Get Help

If any part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@windowshift.garden and we will do our part to assist.

Send Us Feedback

We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@windowshift.garden and tell us:

  • Which page or feature gave you trouble
  • What happened, and what you expected
  • The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know

We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Always Improving

Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep getting better.
